Special Group Visit Calendar

Thanks for your interest in bringing your group to campus! Every year the University of Iowa welcomes visiting groups from high schools and community organizations from across the country. Group visits are only for organizations, if you are coming with your family, please register for a daily campus visit option.

The typical group visit includes an admissions presentation, a campus tour and lunch. Group visits are available most weekdays with a start time of 10:00 a.m. Three weeks minimum notice is required to schedule a visit.

Your next steps:       

• Use the calendar below to select your visit date. If the date you want is not available on the calendar, unfortunately we will not be able to host your group that day.
• Complete the Visit Request Form

Upon submitting this form, you will receive an automated email that summarizes your request. If you do not receive an email please contact our office immediately. Your visit is not confirmed until you receive contact from our staff confirming the date and activities. We make our best effort to accommodate the requested date and activities but it cannot be guaranteed. Please do not make travel arrangements until your date is confirmed by our office.
